Wow, what a great lunch I had. And absolutely what I wanted and expected from a good deli. Sandwich size is good, filling for me as an average adult, the bacon was served in the sandwich crispy as I ordered, and the meats and bread were fresh and delicious. The deli turkey was sliced thin and just perfectly overflowing the confines of the bread.

Ordered chicken cutlet with provolone ltm hot sauce and roasted red peppers, …tasted like a Buffalo chicken sandwich with no cheese. Was not impressed. Not worth the money. Maybe when they are super busy, don’t go there..bc I’m a chef and the grinder was totally mediocre. Sorry guys..I know u work very hard, but the sandwich was not good!!

For those a bit apprehensive so stop by here due to other reviews let me put you all at ease. This is THE place for a true NY style hero sandwich! My first time walking into the joint and you can tell right off the bat that they make some solid hoagies here. I ordered there classic Original Italian sub waited for just a few minutes while everything got sliced fresh and the sandwich was made to order. This place def gives me a city vibe when I’m inside. The owner is no nonsense and a bit serious but if u go to any deli in the city you get the same kind of approach so I wasn’t off put one bit. Its a small spot w/some seating outside so it’s perfect on a nice sunny day but let’s talk about this sandwich though. Hands down one of my top 3 all-time favorites and one of the very best italian combos I have ever had….period. Only Faicco’s rivals it and thats me saying something. This Italian sub has incredible balance and their prosciuttini is out of this world salty n peppery. Biting into it its like a work of art everything layered right ‘ll the toppings working in unison with the cold cuts it’s truly a thing if beauty. Dnt let negative reviewers deter you from this life changing experience. You won’t regret it.

Ordered a philly cheesesteak and have never been so disappointed. For the amount I paid for my sandwich I actually expected more then 2 thin slices of steak on it. I could of spent a dollar less and went to jersey mikes and actually had substance to my sandwich. Signed a frustrated hungry pregnant woman.
