The food was half cooked, barely warm. Our fries weren’t completely full and half of the container was onion rings we didn’t order. The chicken fries tasted spicy like they were cooked with other spicy items.

This Burger King is immaculate. Not only is the customer service exceptional, the food is incredible. In my 18 years of life I have never felt so much joy and satisfaction from a fast food sandwich. Everytime I go the workers are polite and extremely fast, I never have to wait long for my food. After trying the new hand-breaded chicken sandwich, I believe this is the best fast food restaurant in town. If you are looking for a quick and delicious meal, this is the place to go.

Food was slow to get out the window, when it did arrive it was cold. Ordered two whoppers no bun, and they forgot forks and napkins making the experience less than enjoyable to eat. Flavor was fine, nothing special there. But it is fast food, what can you expect?

We stopped by with a group of 15 people. The first 4 people got their food in a decent amount of time, the rest of our group had to wait a long time to get their food. It was taking a long time to get orders in and to get food out. Some people waited 40 minutes. I saw several people leave the restaurant because they got tired of waiting. We would of left too if it wasn’t for the fact that we had a group of people with us. A few of the orders had to be taken back because the order was wrong. There were no apologies for having to wait so long. Horrible service.

Well, I sit here after 15 minutes waiting for two chicken sandwiches as I write this review. Lobby is closed, I’ve now watched 5 others get their food before us. This is by far the slowest and worst fast food places in town. Stay away! Save yourself, unless you have 30 minutes to kill.

The food here is served hot and fresh but the speed is something to be desired. The staff was friendly but one can plan on a longer than desired wait during a lunch/dinner hour and a slight wait even in “off” hours. Does offer a good set of options when someone wants something different than McDonald’s.

Normally I love going here but for the last couple of times I have attempted to go here they have had their lobby closed. I don’t own a car and can’t go through the drive thru. It’s absolutely ridiculous. They didn’t have a sign up or anything saying they are closed. They have also changed their ranch dipping which is absolutely disgusting.

The service is kind of slow and they do not seem to have enough help. However, most of the employees that I have had contact with were courteous. Food was fine and we got what we ordered so no complaints there. I do not like sitting and waiting g in the drive thru for 20 minutes. And no we did not have a special order.

Drink Bar is sloppy, trash overflowing. Restrooms not always clean or stocked. Food is average taste, average selection, not always given order together, made to wait for fries or onion rings. Workers aren’t friendly, don’t look clean, hair not pulled back, not wearing gloves when touching food especially after handling money. No one seems to care about customer service.
