Walked in around 7:45pm this evening and noticed that there was no chicken on the grills, none. I thought “this isn’t a good sign.” And it wasn’t. The chicken was bland and lukewarm and the flour tortillas were hard. I checked Google Maps and it said they close at 10pm. So this crew already had cold grills TWO HOURS before closing.

I was really upset because we went through the drive thru we ordered a kid friendly family meal..meaning we asked for mac n cheese instead of ordering beans and legs and thighs which kids love and they confirmed our order multiple times even at the window and they gave us the bag and it looked accurate when it came to amount of containers. But upon arriving home we had beans instead of mac n cheese and we had a mix of chicken peices which was full of spines and ribs and wings that my kids wouldnt touch.

I like going here because everyone is welcoming but they are always stingy with the chips. I ordered large on the app and the chips were half way full like the bag was folded in half. I should have just asked for regular. Today, I went through the drive thru and again bag was half full. Please make sure your bag of chips are full.

C’mon El Pollo Loco! Reheated cadaver meat barely edible! And forgot the corn tortillas. I am on a serious budget due to Covid like most people. When we eat out we expect fresh food and complete orders. By trying to save a buck by serving reheated old meat, it will cost you thousands in the long run. Please look at the picture it speaks/pukes for itself. Seriously disappointed and never going back to your location.
