Went for lunch, tried to dine-in but the door was locked. Had to knock a few times just to get them to open it, then they say we can only order on the kiosk. Drink machine tasted weird, bathrooms were filthy, prices were high, the only thing they did right was the food. Bad management, I’d skip this one.

I am and always will be a taco bell Stan. This one is the bomb. I ask for an item grilled? It 100% of the time comes back grilled. There are also 2 employees I want to shout out -deep voiced teen boy and manger man (who must live there as he is there day to night) they seem to ensure that what comes out the window is not only what I asked for, but absolutely fire. Attached is a picture of a truly beautiful grilled beefy melt burrito ART.

Ordered delivery last Friday night. Delivery driver told me that they did not have the food but still marked the order “delivered”. Almost a week later we have still not received a refund despite submitting in their system that our delivery did not arrive.

Honestly one of the worst locations in the area. Which is a shame cause I don’t believe it’s the fault of the employees… But maybe it is? This location used to be top notch before the COVID lockdown. Now it’s absolute rubbish. It’s gone from a Taco Bell fast food restaurant we all know and love to a parking lot waiting simulator with slower service times than an actual, walk-in, sit down restaurant. It’s unbearable. Multiple visits I’ve made here and been told it’s 30-45 minute wait times, which is entirely unacceptable. The food is still great, though there’s been a multitude of times that they’ve forgotten to give me the sauces I’ve asked for. I gave one star for atmosphere because, well, the parking lot isn’t exactly mood setting, innit? As much as I love Taco Bell and enjoy having one close, I’d rather just see this one shut down and have to make the trip 35 minutes away as I’m doing that already as it is since this location is that bad.

by far the worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. every single time i go i get tacos that have clearly sat out on the line for too long. i open them as soon as i get out of the drive thru and the bottoms fall off due to sogginess. i also order a crunchwrap and every single time say i have a tomato allergy and remove the tomato’s JUST TO STILL GET FOOD I CANT EAT.

If you like Taco Bell no complaints about the food got some Tacos for lunch and received promptly just was surprised if you go inside you order everything yourself on a touch screen no longer have any cashiers at the front desk

My family lives going to our Taco Bell at Colony Place in Plymouth. The manager, David, and Alex have gotten to know us very well by our order, bean burritos, no onions and thrown in the steamer. It is always fun to order with them and chat. The food is great and staff are friendly. We will continue to make this one of our family traditions! Thank you!

I don’t have that high of standards for a Taco Bell, but I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes only to not be served because the employees were openly screaming at each other on the line. Disappointed but not surprised.

Plymouth Taco Bell is the best one around. The food is always fresh and well prepared. I have had some very dry burritos from the one in Raynham and the one in Bridgewater gets the order wrong sometimes.

No effing sauce! Manager David took my order. I always ask for “a bunch of hot and milds” and let them do the count. Sorry, I am currently on steroids for breathing. Called to let them know. They said “No problem”. What the hell is up with that? 8/25 update: Went today and my tacos were great, and… I got sauce!
