We went here on a Saturday at lunch time and it was busy. There was one staff member working in the front and another staff member working in the back. Only 2 staff in the entire restaurant. The staff member in the front was truly fantastic. He worked the drive thru, made ice cream, and worked the front counter all by himself. It took us 37 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food (buster bar, blizzard, a small fry, and an onion ring). It was a very long wait. The front end person deserves a raise. Also there should be far more staff working than just two people. Truly the MVP here was the solo front end staff member.

Went thru drive up, ate on the way home. The hamburger was so salty that I couldn’t eat it. Service is not very friendly.

Daughter ordered a cookie? blizzard. Was pretty good. Did gave a bit of a crunch to it like had a malt coating. She loved the pretzels! We passed several DQs and all drive thrus were FULL that day.
