It’s hit or miss with this place. More misses in my experience. While picking up an order I was told it’ll be 5-10 minutes more. The young lady who initially helped left to go deliver an order. She told the man behind the counter working the ovens who I was and what I was waiting for. As she walked by she apologized for the wait and said a few more minutes. I’m patient guy. I worked with the public before so I understand. After nearly 30 minutes I grew tired and asked the man (the man she relayed who I was and what I was waiting for) how much longer? He ignored me at first and after speaking up loudly he finally gave me his attention. I told him the name of the order and he goes to a rack I guess where they place some orders and slams my food on the counter. Mind you we can’t see this rack where the food is placed so I thought it wasn’t done yet but it was probably done the entire time. Just too many bad experiences. I think I finally give up on them.

We typically get deliveries, the drivers are very sweet and are always quick to bring food. The cooks are absolutely amazing and overall the staff there are always friendly, attentive, and are happy to help with dietary questions and suggestions. 10/10 will happily buy pizza subs, etc there anytime!

Everything about this pie was fresh. The tomato sauce, the dough and its crust, and the cheese. It’s amazing that you can taste such freshness and cheese. When you have a pie that is as good as this one you know you have found the best. Definitely check out this place. Service is wonderful and the staff were very friendly and kind.

The way I test any pizzeria is to get a cheese pizza. Any pizza shop can make a pizza taste good when you put five toppings on it. BUT, BUT, if you have a good basic cheese pizza, you have a damn good pizza. I have three pizzeria’s part of my Holy Trinity in York County , and Roma’s is one of them. Excellent Service, and I’ve had super positive experiences ever time I’ve gone. Love the pizza, love the atmosphere, love the people who own the business. Keep up the great work!
