Again, another Honduran food place that disappointed me first of all, not having baliadas in place is like going to a Mexican restaurant and not having tacos. I ordered a yuca with chicharrón that wasn’t chicharrón it was fried pork. The cassava was fried. I don’t have a problem with that, but they fried it in oil that was not very hot, so it was very soggy and the oil was old. why the cassava came out with many burnt food particles. for 13.50 it is not expensive if it is something good.
