My wife wanted Chicharrón, so went here to see if they had any and they did a lot of it took them a while to take care of me and the place was empty I asked for 1lb of chicharrón at 11.99 an pound and guacamole she charged me gave her cash and she didn’t even bother to wash her hands after handling money strike one she got the food with her not washed hands, took the chicharrón home and let me tell you it was so hard strike 2 we couldn’t even bite it hurt my damn tooth trying to bite down on it, took it back to the store and asked for my money back, crunchy and chewy is the way it needs to be this was the hardest thing ever. Went Saturday to get a torta from the other Northlake location and that also sucked the meat was so hard to bite didn’t even eat it didn’t even taste fresh definitely will never go back to any Cilantro spots

Food is ok, but what kind of tortilla factory doesn’t have any tortillas? I went today and wanted to buy some tortillas to go with my carnitas. They only had a few white corn tortillas left and the cashier said they make tortillas on Mondays. At least have some pre made and ready to go.

I rarely review but I ordered a steak bowl.. the lettuce was brown,soggy, smelled like chlorine. The meat was old, first time here and the last time. I already feel my stomach hurting I wanted to like this place but.. sadly not the case

First time coming here drove by and seen the place turned around and went in to buy tortillas by far the best tasting tortillas better than El Milagros will be driving out there for more and nest time will try the food and will keep ya posted A+++++ worth the drive

My husband bought Carnits today 12/10/22 the carnitas were the worst I had from this place the meat looked old the girl had a bad attitude. I was not happy with the meat they looked like the gave us old carnitas.

If you ever go to this place, don’t pay with credit/debit card. They charge 5% extra fee. I told the lady why on a credit card? she said that they get charged a fee, so, we pay for the expensive items then we have to pay for their fee too? Cilantro is becoming popular and big, now pay for the use of a credit card? Their “famous” salsa is not tasty anymore. Remember, pay with cash.

They sell vacuum-sealed bags of pre-seasoned meats (arrachera, chicken taco meat, pastor, etc), fresh tortillas, chips, bottles of salsa… and everything I purchased tasted excellent! The arrachera (skirt steak) was seasoned and tenderized perfectly – my whole family loved it. Buy a pack of the flour tortillas. They are “raw”, which means you’ll have to cook on a hot pan before serving – so delicious and fresh. Will go back for future cookouts.

I love to have menudo on Sunday’s and I can honestly say their menudo is the best!! It’s very clean and you don’t end up with a spoon with grease like other places. Anytime I have my family over on Sundays they also request the menudo!! So glad they are close by!
