The kids working here refused to serve me, and another customer behind me in line, because they were “not making food anymore” at 7:47 – even though the store hours say they are open til 8, and even though they are making another customers sandwich while telling us this. He must have had to pull teeth to get them to make his food too, because he came out of the store pretty heated and going off on the quality of the service here.

Honestly those random closed days and dumb hours during staff shortages sucked…mainly because this place is amazing. Without fail every location and every visit I consistently have polite staff, a correct sandwich and it is always substantially better then any sandwich place I’ve ever tried! And those shakes are no joke they are so good! Truly peerless 8/10

Service and food were good. I ate outside and the tables are covered in dust. They seem to be wiped off weekly when they should be cleaned multiple times a day. If dining surfaces are dirty, everything in the restaurant is dirty.

Placed mobile order in morning for pick up at 6:15 pm. Got there and was greeted by 3 of the nicest employees I’ve met in awhile. Walked in literally at 6:13 and the food was being made fresh. Most places would have it sitting around in advance, but not here. Food was correct and delicious. Thanks for making our dinner a great experience.

Potbelly Sandwich Shop has become my new favorite sandwich shop. The sandwiches I have had are wonderful, can be made specifically to your preference and are aways correctly prepared. Had an issue with my online order on 6-21-22 which was totally my fault. Called the store and talked to Jacqulynn (one of the managers) to try to correct it. She was extremely pleasant and patient with me even though it was during the lunch rush. The problem was resolved and I’m very impressed with how she handled it! She’s a keeper!
