All of the food was fresh.. The chicken was tender and flavorful! It was a great experience.. My family and I will sure be back at the Rainbow location.. The entire staff we encountered was friendly and knew how to explain the plates and flavor of the food. Thank you

I absolutely love the food here! Unfortunately the customer service is beyond terrible. They’ve set up a system where the customer places their order through a remote worker on a large iPad type device even though there is a minimum of 3 employees standing directly behind the screen. I’ve experienced this a few times before at this location and was patient enough since I thought this system might be something new the store was testing. I’ve placed an order with the remote worker twice and both times I can’t hear the remote worker or they can’t hear me. I find it comical there is a line of customers waiting to place an order, yet we all have to wait on the one remote worker instead of placing an order at the open register with one of the other clearly free employees. While I sit in the dining room waiting for my food, the employees standing at the registers are drinking sodas while having a loud conversation with one another including the remote worker by physically turning the screen around. To make this even worse, the physical employees in the store are three younger girls who are very obviously flirting with the remote worker. Again, just making everything that much more awkward because everyone in the dining room can hear both sides of the conversation. It looks so unprofessional and makes the customer experience extremely unsettling. Every time I’ve seen a customer place an order with the remote worker screen, they laugh because of how insanely awkward and ridiculous it is. There’s not enough words in the English dictionary to describe how uncomfortable, awkward and just all out ridiculous the ordering process is at this location.

Went to S. Rainbow Blvd location and it was quieter than other locations, which I thought was nice but got me a little worried. However all of the staff, was super nice, helpful and friendly. We ordered to go, and even though we live quite a ways away, it was still nicely warm when we got the food home. Unlike other restaurants, they put EVERY sauce and sides in, as well as getting custom orders correct. The whole experience was excellent!! Really tasty food, including the sides we’d ordered. This is definitely my favorite! 😀

My husband and I have eaten here about 3x now. Take out, once and dined in twice. We LOVE the food. Everything is made fresh and full of flavor. Service is decent. I find it quite interesting and awkward when placing an order. There’s a big screen on the counter and a remote worker would take your order. Half the time, you can barely hear him. I just don’t see the point of ordering through a screen when there are 2-3 workers physically standing behind the counter, listening to customers place their order through the remote worker and waits till you’re done so they can take your payment. Other than that, the place is clean and quiet during our dine in experience.

The asian girl with dyed blue hair and piercing at the pita bread on rainbow was so kind. while she was busy and working she still managed to take time out and make sure she got my order right, she was beaming with positivity, constantly smiling and remaining eye contact. she made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

The food was subpar and kind of expensive for what it is. I liked the soup, though. The hummus and pita breads both tasted store-bought. The chicken was overcooked, and salmon undercooked (the center was basically raw). It was an interesting experience ordering through what seemed like Zoom or Facetime on the screen. Staff were nice, though. Overall, I wouldn’t come back, especially with Hummus right across the street.

Our first visit. OK. Stepping up to the counter to order, you speak to a virtual order taker on a screen. Different. Choosing your pita or plate is pretty straightforward, but there are a lot of choices, which is good, but it can be a bit confusing.

I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I rarely like writing anything bad, but I feel like it needs to be said.
