Fantastic!! I called in an ordered my Shaq A Roni large with extra sauce. The lady that took my order was very nice and made the retro call in process a breeze. I was told 14 minutes and I actually showed up a little early and the pizza was ready. Everyone inside was nice , smiling , and greeted me when I walked in. As you can see from the pictures the pizza looks delicious, and tasted the same. Give this location a try the crew was on point. On a side note to the lady that took my order I didn’t mean to hit #3 on survey I meant to hit #5.

My pizza was the best tasting Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had. My issue with the service was that the associate that waited on me was fairly pleasant until I was guided to the tip portion of the bill on the credit card machine. When I chose not to tip, because I ordered and picked up my pizza on my own, the associate became seemingly annoyed and less pleasant.

Walked in on my way home from work to order pizza for the family. I placed my order, and waited 45min for food, after being told it was a 20min wait. I understand being short staffed so it wasn’t an issue however, I realized they over charged for the cheese sticks. So I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t do anything because it was already paid. All I was asking for was to pay the advertised price on the menu board literally hanging above the register. The manager was rude and acted like I was out of line for asking for a refund. Worst pizza I’ve ever had!! Almost $30 for a medium pizza and I could literally count the toppings on it. Two of the pieces didn’t have any toppings on it. The other pieces only had toppings on half of them. I’ll never order from here again.

I’m not a fan of the whole “deliver charge” that pizza places are doing now, especially because the understanding is that the drivers aren’t paid that money. By the time you’ve paid the arbitrary fee and tipped the driver reasonably you’ve spent enough to get an entire extra pizza.

Kaylee, the manager, should be fired. She hangs up on customers repeatedly. If you keep calling, she’ll lie to you. I’ve reported this to Papa John’s headquarters, and they don’t care. They say they’ll get back in touch with you within 48 hours. It’s been over 2 months since this same stuff has been occurring, and they never get back to you. I won’t ever order from this location again.

We bought a large The Meats tonight. The crust was ok. The pizza was very dry because there was almost no sauce on it. There was very little cheese and the toppings were skimpy. I managed to make my slices tolerable by adding a few tablespoons of Kroger pizza sauce.
