Ordered a house salad today and the lettuce was rotten and slimy. I called and was given a website to submit my picture too but it came back as undeliverable. I will never order a salad from this location again as this isn’t the first time I had a bad salad but never as bad as today.

Awful I tried the delivery service and the delivery person left my order on the ground at the door, I was lucky to open my door at the same moment. Food order took long to arrive and it seemed as if my order was fitaled with as a bite of my dinner tasted of perfume. The food is always yummy when I order drive-thur , maybe the distance was not well for the entree!

Ordered a house salad and 2 chicken fingers because I was hoping the salad would be in the bag so I could eat that as my main meal but nope they decided to forget my salad and I have to catch a flight back home didn’t wanna spend the over priced food at the airport was the whole plan but now I gotta since they forgot. Even went in after I ordered in the drive thru to make sure I got the right sauce for my salad and they still forgot. Just be better alright that’s all. Do you job right and think it thru you work at zaxbys and you can’t even do that right common. Have a good one

First of all, the staff here is always friendly when I come in, which makes ordering here pleasant. I ordered 10 wings with extra nuclear sauce, and ranch for dipping. My order came out perfect. The wings were wet, with extra sauce in the bottom. They were also cooked perfectly. The outside was slightly crispy with a juicy interior and had a good bit of meat on them. I will definitely be back to this location.

So disappointed! I do not like to give poor reviews, but the salad was almost $11 and looked similar to the one from Chik-fil-a on the menu, but it was just awful. Not fresh, about chicken finger cut up on it…the bacon was the best part, but the salad overall was just not edible. Won’t go back.

The food is usually good when you get what you ordered. I ordered for the office, they messed up 4 of 5 orders and completely didn’t give us the 6th meal. On my next visit they gave wrong dressing for the salad and didn’t give me a fork. When I asked for a fork, the guy was put out and told me if I needed anything else, go find it in the lobby!

Would not recommend visiting this location. Only positives from eating in this establishment were the friendly employees (Constance) at the register and the manager that had just come in (Dylan) who was happy to refund our meal due to the multiple problems with an easy order. Encouraged me to do the survey so problems could be delt with on a higher level.
