I went and got a order I was giving old food I took the food bank less than five minutes. The two young ladies were rude and instead of her refunding me my money back, she kept telling me that the food wasn’t oh I have eaten here before never had this problem until today. I asked to speak to a manager. The woman told me that the manager won’t be in till next week. The worst service I’ve ever had, and to have to keep food that I had to toss away because it was not fresh.

This place had great food and the service was amazing….The Chicken Satay was a lot larger than i am used to at most Thai restaurants, The Tom Yum soup was good but only had one piece of shrimp in it. The Pad thai was on point

I ordered the Drunken Noodles with Chicken and the dish was actually sober (dry). The chicken is dark meat. May not have been bad with extra sauce and shrimp instead. Overall I wasn’t impressed. I’ll continue to go to Ferndale.

First of all, the service is great. Come after rush hour and you will be served quickly and the food comes out fast as well. The food is on point. I always order chicken with my noodles and the serving is more than enough. If you order your food spicy, it will be accurately spicy. The prices are very reasonable and I will come back again.
