With a group of 5 ladies, we showed up 5:05… going to go see at show at the Roxy at 7. We let our server know and we all ordered quickly. After an hour, all we had received was salad. Our server came over and said that he thinks he missed someone’s order because 2 ladies were sharing a large steak instead of their own meal. I watched him walk to his kiosk and put the order in. When we asked how much longer he said 5 min. 16 min later we asked him if he put our order in late. First he said no, it took him a long time to make our salads. Then, I asked if he put ours order in when he asked about only having four orders and he said yes. I asked to speak to a manager. She was NOT apologetic or helpful. She said you have to come at 5 to be sure you get your food in time to go to the show. So I asked if 5:05 is really late enough to get our food after an hour and a half. She just said your food is coming.

The wait staff was great however when the food arrived both of our steaks and mushrooms were so salty we couldn’t eat them. We told the waiter and was offered a pc of cheesecake which we did not take. $100 down the drain! Will not return as this was their 2nd chance that they ruined a nice anniversary.

The calamari batter was seasoned well and tender. The ribeye was decent; the Ahi tuna was extremely tough and had almost a hard gel consistency in the middle. The sweet potato and seasonal veggies were good.

We were invited to dinner and didn’t expect to sit around for an hour. We waited 15 minutes for water, 30 minutes for drinks and 1 1/2 for food. The brisket was cold, fatty, and hard as a rock. Everyone else enjoyed their meals. The Drinks were go.

Took our son out before he left the States for a few months. I am really disappointed in the service and food. Our server seemed overwhelmed & out of her depth. The food was marginal at best. The steak was overcooked & not worth the price or hype. On a positive note, the cocktails were superb. Will go again and sit in the bar & hope for a better experience.
