Went thru drive up and person couldn’t understand our order so we pulled up to window. After few minutes, thought we had order right and paid. Then we had to sit in pickup area while they worked on order. They still got my drink wrong but at that point I didn’t care.

Today April 23,I got order from drive thru. When coming to second window to pickup the lady told me drive to number 1 and wait for couple minutes but after 15 minutes I am Get inside for asking my order. Customer service is terrible. We used drive through. As I passed a drink to someone in the back seat, it fell and spilled on the floor. Immedately, I asked if it could be refilled because of the accident. The window employee gave an eye roll and said “Let me get my manager.” Manager said “no refill.” I said “it just happened and no one drank any from it at all.” I offered to pay for another on the spot!” Managers said “You have to go around again.” We hadn’t even left the drive through window. There were 1-2 cars in line. We pull away and there were no sauces nor ketchup in the bag with the nuggets we ordered. There’s another McD’s about a mile away. We’ll go there next time.

These people never have any iced drinks at 11am…I’m always getting told that they are “ cleaning the machine”. I did a mobile order so first of all if they don’t have something it should be updated on the mobile app…it would simply save people the disappointment of ordering a certain and not getting it. PLEASE WORK ON THIS. I’m here almost every other day and I’m lucky if I get an iced latte. When I pulled up to the second window the lady just looked at me and kept staring until another lady came?! She was giving me looks as if I did something wrong..what a weirdo. ANYWAYS do BETTER.

Only parallel parking is available near the entrance, and as most people apparently don’t know how to parallel park this is a small issue. They should have rethought the parking and put some spaces in it at an angle they would allow for several more vehicles to be parked near the entrance, and make parking much easier.
