I like dominos because their pizza is good, but I can’t say the same for their service. I ordered a pizza on the app and it told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I wait 30 minutes and pull up to the window to pick it up. One guy tells me that my pizza has a couple of more minutes IN the oven and to drive around to the window again because there was another car behind me. Okay cool. I sit at the window for about 10 minutes until a women comes to the window to tell me they just now started working on my pizza and to go park somewhere and wait for it. I noticed that they did the same exact thing to the car behind me as well. The women was very friendly and brought it out to my car, but this needs some work, but other than that the pizza is good.

If I could leave a zero star I would!!!!!!!! I have never been treated so horrible and disrespected on my life! They need to get new management or close it down! I will never EVER GO BACK! I was told when I called my pizza would be ready in 45 minutes, when I got there after waiting 30 minutes to pick my order up, I was told my pizza would be ready in another hour. So indeed I was frustrated but I waited. I asked them again how much longer and they kept putting me off. So then the little manager came and asked me what the problem was and I told him that I had been there and waiting for an hour for my pizza. And he said they are 45 pizzas behind. And I told him well you should have told me that when I ordered my pizza. And he told me ma’am you are raising your voice so you can just get out of Domino’s. So after waiting an hour to an hour and a half for a pizza I still didn’t get my pizza! Thank you I will and I will never be back!

Long wait, poor management. Guy in the back was extremely rude and cussing at the drive through guy with me and other customers in the lobby. Drive through guy was just trying to find out about someone’s order that was at the window to inform them.

We’ve lived out here for 3 years and I definitely notice a difference after the pandemic. The delivery driver is always super nice and super apologetic for the wait time (without mentioning frustration). I’ve never loved dominoes but it’s a good value and it’s quick and easy. Now it’s easy but I have to keep in mind it will take a while to receive our order. I’m reasonable and understand that it’s not that they don’t know what they’re doing, they just don’t have enough employees. I just wish there was a way when you placed your order they could say “hey, were having a busy night and staff is limited so you’re wait time will be this” at least then I could give snacks. That being said it’s been like this for a month or so. I’ve ordered earlier. And they’ve also reached out to me. Like I said, it’s it’s staffing issue, and I’m sure that’s beyond frustrating.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The wait has always been longer than it should be. Tonight I ordered a pizza for what I thought would be a quick, easy dinner. Little did I know, it would take 2 hours to get my pizza. I ordered at 5pm. At 6pm, I called to see if we could just come pick up our order. I called four different times and sat on hold for almost 10 minutes each time. I finally gave up and got the notification that the delivery was on its way at 6:40. Next time, I will go somewhere else. Management needs some serious help.

Terrible service. Ordered online for delivery, over 2 hours later I drove to the store looking for my order. They said they were just heading out the door with it. When I asked how long it had been sitting in the warmer, they responded with “just a little while”. I asked to looked at the pizza. It was completely flat, not appealing in any way, cold and the box had soaked up the grease. I’ve worked in the food service industry for years and know what food looks like when it has sat in a warmer for more than a few minutes. This pizza had been there at least an hour. They were planning on bringing this to me! Then when confronted the manager hid in the back like a coward.
