I really like new gentlemen that took over the store. My food was done on time , fresh, warm, and perfect toppings. Not sure why so many have had bad experience. Ordered online for carry out and specified light cheese and paid for double topping and was given a pizza full of cheese and next to no toppings… when I arrived to pick up my pizza they had all lights off with appearance of being closed. There was two employees in there one was was working very hard to manage all aspect of the store, including making multiple orders and taking my payment while the other was just standing there on her phone not attempting to lift a finger. Unfortunately didn’t see any hand washing or glove wearing while handling food and money. Will never order again and it’s unfortunate that every pizza place in my area is giving the same poor service. Better off doing Digiorno frozen pizza ♀️

This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star, but I had to give something to write this review. We waited an hour and 45 minutes for our delivery; it never came!! I called and it just automatically placed me on hold for 30 min. During this waiting time, I drove to the store where I was met with rudeness. I asked for a refund, and was informed I had already received one because they decided to cancel the order an hour earlier since they didn’t have time to do their job.

I actually used to work at this location. I still order here all the time cause I love domino’s pizza. Every once in a while there will be a flaw but that’s any fast food place. I do wish they still would put powdered sugar on the lava cakes but regardless they’re still amazing.

The worst Domino’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Continually cancels online orders without any explanation, will not pick up the phone to explain, and if they do they just hang it up immediately. I’ve tried multiple times on multiple different days, expecting maybe this is due to being understaffed or a lack of ingredients. If that’s the case, this Domino’s can’t seem to get it together over a span longer than 6 months. I see a lot of reviews referencing new ownership, but it looks like old habits die hard as nothing has changed. I’m echoing previous reviews, but do not waste your time and money ordering online from this specific Domino’s and forget about calling. Just go to the Marco’s down the street. Much more kind and actually gets you your food.

Ordered a well done pizza. Came home with it and found out most of the dough was still raw. Had to put it in our oven. There was way too much cheese and even the toppings tasted bad! Also had to recut it. We will be finding a new place for pizza.

As someone who has tasted pizza from all over the world, I have to say that Domino’s pizza is not authentic pizza. While it may be delicious and convenient, it is a far cry from the true pizza that can be found in places like New York City.

Ordered 3/4/23 was estimated to be ready at 9pm. There were no employees when i got there. Another customer in the lobby said the manager and all employees walked out and quit. I waited awhile and no one came so I left. 2 hours later they charged my credit card for the order and marked it “ready for pickup” at almost midnight. No one from this location or Domino’s customer support has responded for 5 days after multiple attempts to get a refund.

I order my delivery order and got a text alert that it was on its way at 10:03. At 10:30p, I called the store and waited on hold for over 26 mins. Once I was able to do to the store and ask about the order, the manager on duty got rude with me. At the same time, the driver came back. The manager enquired as to the order I placed. The driver stated ” The place was ridiculous. The drive way had truck and cars and I couldn’t find the place. The phone number didn’t work.” When I showed him the text from the store showing that they had the right phone number, he walked away says” I am not going to argue with you.” When I said, ” Excuse me but you had the right number.” The manager who said her name was Anne Marie, screamed at me, “I have been here for 12 hours. This is my store and you can leave.” I pressed about my order and she said I could take the items, she would do a refund and demanded that I leave the store immediately, even before she completed the refund. All the items that I ordered went into the trash. It was cold and after this experience, not as appealing as they once were. This “Karen” needs some help and I don’t mean just in the store.

I stopped in and ordered a couple medium pizzas and they told me about 15 minutes. They were very personable and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. 15 minutes later l was out of there and heading home. The pizza was great and l will stop again.
