Great customer service. The 2 serving employees were so nice. The rice seemed like instant rice and the orange chicken was way too “orange” tasting, didn’t taste like other Panda Expresses I’ve been to. We dined in and it was too warm. I had to fan myself. I will give them another try in a few weeks.

I’m a huge Fan of Panda Express, sadly this location always disappoints me with the taste in the food. The customer service is nice, but the food at this location tastes so different from other locations.The orange chicken is always mushy and not crunchy inside.The chow mein is also very different and dry. I hope one day this is fixed because I love Panda Express.

I always go here for a quick lunch because it’s fresh, relatively healthy, & the flavor is consistent! The staff isn’t always the friendliest but maybe it’s because there’s usually a crowd so it can get busy. I love the new iced tea flavors & the grilled shrimp option if you’re wanting something healthier but realllly good!

Stopped in our way home for a presumably quick and fresh meal. There were three people working the store and all seemed to be confused about what their roll was. No one was cooking and the lady taking the orders stated multiple times she was out of everything. After waiting in line for over 15 minutes (my son really wanted Panda Express) with only 3-4 people ahead of us, we were committed. Then we placed our order thinking everything was moving along. Then it got slower. It took another 30 minutes for them to finish cooking, literally 3 entrees (teriyaki, orange, and veggies) before we could get our food. There were no apologies and no sense of urgency from the staff. Finally, we got our food and wished the remaining customers good luck. Unfortunately, this has become the norm for Panda Expresses, and not the exception.

Faith and the cook with the disgusting tattoo on his face showed me the most unhospitable time and I’m very offended by the disgusting attitude they displayed. I’ve spent in accumulation of thousands of dollars at this location only to be treated like trash from uneducated people that work as if they had better things to do. By far the worst Panda Express I’ve been to it was a Wednesday night and they were pretty busy. Made an online order That was supposed to be ready at 7:24 they did not start it until I got there at 7:40. They were out of white rice which is really awkward for an Asian restaurant out of most of the sauces they carry I only got chili sauce and Mandarin teriyaki. Had a line to the door and only four staff members one seem to be in training and the other one working line was fairly experienced. The two cooks that they had we’re barely moving and acting like they had all the time in the world with zero Hustle. I saw a faucet in the back on the wok just continuously running for no reason and a bunch of water on the floor up near the register area with no wet floor sign. I for sure will never be back.

Personally, I love Panda Express. I think the food is excellent and the service, well it varies, is decent for a fast food place. From the looks of it, the place seems like it’s doing well and therefore I’m not so sure why they seem to be reducing their standards of delivery. The containers they’ve replaced doesn’t pack in the same quantity of food and neither does it stay in. Something’s gotta give. Else, they’d have to change their name to Panda MixPress.

Horrible customer service. Nobody greeted me even after standing by the counter for a couple of minutes. Eventually a girl asked me what the name of my pick up order was (still no greeting), then pointed to her coworker with an attitude of not caring.
