It was 9pm. The store closes at 10 so placing an order shouldn’t be an issue. I wish they would have just said they couldn’t take our order though. We placed an order for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. One sandwich was wrong so we let them know and they refixed it. It was still wrong and the burger only fit about half way the bread, seriously. We were driving by then and didn’t go back. The second sandwich was hard, like it’d sit out all night after being cooked too long. Sad situation at this Hardees.

Ordered a double western bacon with extra sauce, medium fries, and medium drink. After waiting inside for 10 minutes while the employees messed up others’ orders, my was wrong too. No double, no extra sauce. No medium fries. One lonely onion ring and a minute amount of sauce. I should have unwrapped the food and checked it out before I left! Oh, no recept was given either. The place was not busy either.

The worst experience I have had at a Hardee’s. The Big Hot Ham and cheese sandwich was smaller then a Single cheeseburger from McDonald’s. Slower then slow. I wouldn’t go back there if the gave food away.
