We were standing in front of the cash register but no-one noticed we were there until the grill person saw us and asked us if we been helped, we said not and the drive thru person came to take our order (guess was the manager) we ordered 2 croissants with ham & cheese “only” and a few more items, then we heard the manager telling the sandwich person that we only wanted the croissants with ham & cheese, as soon we get our order we check the croissants and they have egg on it, we took them back to the counter, manager approached and asked us if we missed something, we said not on the contrary we have extra item that we didn’t ordered (the eggs) she apologized and took them back then in less than a minute she comeback with the croissants and we saw her pulled out from a microwave, we asked her if they just removed the eggs and she said yes we only removed the eggs. ‍♂️ so I told her that they supposed to make a new ones and not just removed the eggs what about if that person is allergic to the eggs? Then she took them back to kitchen and asked the crew to make a fresh ones.

I have worked fast food for soooo long & I will never understand why employees act like this! I ordered 20 orders of tacos last night! First I just asked the lady for taco sauce. She only gave me 6 sauces for 40 tacos! I asked her for more sauces since I have 40 tacos she’s raised her voice & tells me the tacos come with sauce on them! I just left this location and the service was horrible. I thought that since it’s a new location and it seems like people tend to forget about it because it’s so new I would not have waited as long as I did. I only ordered one combo meal and waited around 20 minutes to get my food. Once I got my food the fries were cold and looks like they put extra ketchup on my burger. There was only 1 car in front of me the whole time. The other location may take long but it’s because they have multiple cars ahead of me. Last chance for this location.
