Chloe did a great job taking orders and being helpful, after a small misunderstanding the cook took it upon himself to be rude and disrespectful to her and she looked visibly uncomfortable. He was treating her so awful that my husband had to show him our receipt and tell him to be nice to her. She has a very slight stutter and was very nervous while trying to fix the small mistake, and his treatment of her made her more nervous.

This is the best Waba I’ve had. There are several locations. Each with various levels of customer service and food quality. It would be 5 stars if this location had consistently good service and food. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. A majority of the time the food is great. I recommend the half and half chicken and steak bowl or the chicken and veggie bowl. The Waba sauce is in point

Not the best waba i ever been to. I love waba personally its over priced like a mother but i can turn a blind eye because the food is tasty. I hate when im short handed though. Ive more than payed my dues. This place try to give me one little little container of jalapenos/carrots. Other stores at least give you filled sandwich baggies of carrots this one was containers the same ones they put the chopped onions in. when i asked for more they tried to tell me there gonna charge me for more i was one heart beat away from asking for my money back. At the end i ended getting six containers of carrots not charged and that still wasnt enough as a baggy would of been. Dont cheap out on the carrots or people wont come back to your location. No one has ever cheeped out on carrots like that before. There were no chopsticks. The place is still outdated looks more like a chinese fast food store than a waba. For me i was insulted by trying to charge me for something that used to be load as much as you want. They try to hit me with the shortage of because of covid story. No… jalapenos and carrots are in abundance let the customer have what he wants… Your boss owns the store not you. I just looked at previous reviews and someone else complained about the portion size of onions and carrots, they told him they would talk to the crew. Guess they dont follow up on their statements. Also whats with all the b-roll on the reviews look like a lot of self promotion. Let the customer take the pictures wayne.

Went in today and when i came to the counter this employee with light brown hair and glasses walked away. very rude of him. when i was ordering he was very monotone, he sounded so uninterested and as if he hates his job, please hire people that know how to provide good customer service. also the food was okay, the chicken is good as always but the brown rice was crunchy /:

Place has not been the same since the original owner! Came to get food and steak is badly burned and smothered in Waba sauce to cover up their huge mistake! Rice was completely cold. Charge a lot of money for their food and this is how customers get treated. That’s what you get when you hire kids! Won’t be coming Back to this location!

This place gets worse and worse. How hard is it to make a bowl of rice with chicken! Ordered through DoorDash and the restaurant in Yucaipa somehow didn’t manage to make the order. Since the order was within 30 minutes of the restaurant closing, Doordash would not redo the order since the workers at Waba are so incompetent.

Third time I have had my order screwed up. It’s pretty simple, brown rice not white, read the order on the screen. For some reason they can’t get it right. When you go back they have a stupid look on their face, like oh sorry. Not once has been offered any compensation for their screwup. When he asked for the manager there never there. But the minute start to drive away somebody walks out of the office. Time to let the owner know he needs to something about this. Horrible customer service. Maybe tell his employees to take a little more pride in getting peoples orders right. I won’t be patronizing this local business anymore.
