I just wanted to say I am very happy I am with how I was just treated. I came to get an eight piece chicken with sides and got home and realized that all my pieces was not there. I called to tell them what happened and this very nice man told me to come back he would make it right. He not only did that he gave me the whole order back to me. 8 more pieces. Mr Bryant you are the best, thank you so much!!! What a blessing!!

This Hardee’s was the perfect example of perfect fast food service. The shift leader made sure all orders were correct before being given to customer, smiles from everyone, shift leader went into kitchen and completed orders for customers who were waiting, she call order out to kitchen staff to insure the correct food was being prepared. If I owned a restaurant, she would most definitely be someone I would seek out to work for me and train every front of house employee!!! I give this Hardee’s 100 stars. This is the Hardee’s on Castle Hayne Rd.

This gets a one star simply because the worker at the window was so nice. It seemed to be him and one ither employee but thats my assessment based off the fact they both disappeared and didnt say a word for ten minutes. Sitting at the window wondering if anyone was coming back with my food. Then to top its 9pm theres no reason why me being the only customer should get cold old fried and our burgers tasted and looked like they were made yesterday covered in grease as well. So disappointed. This used to be my go to.
