My boyfriend & I tried Sandy’s Cafe for lunch for the first time & we are very pleased with our experience. The food was delicious, very fresh & plentiful. The servers were very nice & accommodating as well. We will definitely be back!

Excellent food , that’s why I gave it 5 stars. But pricey. Probably won’t be back. I could see that level on the boardwalk, or waterfront. But way out on 88.sorry guys. Eating credit card charges is part of doing business. Tacking on 3.5% would dissuade me from bringing in a group. Who has that much cash on hand. $4.50 for orange juice?

This place has a lot of things to work on. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks $24 bucks, the math didnt add up to the pricing posted on their signage. When i questioned the pricing, i was then informed that there was an upcharge for using a credit card. While this is understandable it should be posted so that someone can at least make the choice of using cash or not. We ordered sandwiches to go and watched several people after us place orders and recieve them much quicker. While waiting my wife and i noticed a server walking around with a glove on one hand touching all kinds of surfaces and then handling peoples food before serving it to them, perhaps some frequent hand washing would be better? After waiting 20 minutes (the place wasnt even 1/2 full) we finally got our sandwiches and headed home. After unwrapping our sandwiches we were met with disappointment, my wifes porkroll was barely warm while my porkroll was rock hard. I completely lost my appetite and just threw the sandwich out. This place seemed like a high school clique, they were only nice to the people they knew instead of treating everyone as a future lifetime customer. With such contrast of my review to all the others on here I’m beginning to question the legitimacy of said reviews. Tbh Bagel exchange made a much better breakfast saidwich.

My Mom and I came here for lunch and I cannot express enough how amazing the staff was and how delicious our food was. My mom got the beer battered fish tacos and I got the blackened catch of the day salad. We are speechless. The salad was perfect and the fish was SO FRESH. My mom and I will be going back next week to get something different on the menu because we are so thrilled with our experience. I give Sandys Cafe 100 stars!

This place is so welcoming!! The owner is a great host! Great service!! The food was delicious. I would have taken a photo, but i just had to eat. What a great place! I had Sandy’s Sammie breakfast sandwich. It was delicious. Cooked to perfection. I like my bacon soft and it was cooked perfectly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The cafe is clean. I highly recommend. Worth a drive to Rte 88. Truly enjoyable!

We went there today for the last time! Have gone several ( more than 3) times. Everyone is nice enough but for us being 1of 2 couples it seemed to take a bit of a minute and my EGGS are NEVER done right. I get the exact same thing every time. But to no avail. Still cooked hard, Not over medium ( runny yolk ) like I ask every single time. Didn’t want to wait for new ones, then everything else would be cold. So again I ate them. Anyone familiar with Waffle House, maybe should be trained there. They can cook some eggs now!
