I asked the kid at the drive-through cashier, “Why such a long wait?” and he simply said “there’s not enough help.” I usually sympathize with this type of situation, given the environment we operate in these days and the labor shortages. It’s unfortunate that there is a lack of food service personnel. The simple fact is that I still had to wait half an hour for one lousy overpriced burger. In the amount of time it took, I could’ve easily cooked my own with more natural and healthier ingredients for cheaper. Unacceptable. At that long of a wait it should be free…

The drive-thru menu system makes absolutely no sense and rotates too quickly to where you going to make a mistake and therefore your order will be wrong. If it’s rotating every 5 seconds and you have dyslexia it is a challenge for you to read this. I was trying to buy a meal for my daughter I don’t eat Burger King anymore. And I ended up with two burgers. When I told him I didn’t want the burgers and I just really wanted the kids meal they looked at me dirty. I went ahead and ordered the children’s Meal it ended up being $5.50. which I found a little expensive for the amount of food that you got. A small burger fries and a drink. I will not be back.

This location is constantly closing early, or trying to give reasons on why you shouldn’t order. I drove up to the drive through once and they said all they had were Fries and Drinks. I let them know I had a mobile order (meaning I already paid for it) I received nuggets and burgers that I ordered.
