Went tonight and tried to order two milkshakes and girl with headset said just a minute and we sat for 30 minutes before we just said forget it and drove off with no order placed. Then as we are driving away looked at the cashier that you pay in the first window and she was on her phone not paying attention at all. 15$ and hour and horrible service must be what this world is coming too and its sad. I remember when having your phone on the clock at work wasnt allowed. Won’t be going back here ever again.

DRIVE THRU SERVICE = RUDE EMPLOYEES, speaker connection is bad, sometimes nonexistant, employee on speaker is rude, today is an example, kept hearing employee talking in background, I eventially “what”, employee said….”I’m not talking to you..”; many times I ask for unsweetened Ice Tea and when it is handed to me it is sweetened so now I take a sip before I leave the drive thru window…..recently the credit card I always use at McDonalds was hacked so I had to get a new credit card….
