food was old and burnt. Service was slow and not able get to run a single drivethru let alone a double by herself. She needs either more training or a partner. BK has gone so down hill in the last 3 years. It’s like business’s took the liberty to drop folks willing to work to a Skelton crew that doesn’t know our want to work now. Thats not just BK but Everton in the fast food Industry and many restaurants. Don’t forget wall world target and hyvee.

There’s nothing worse than going to the speaker and waiting three minutes for the car in front of you to be served and then hear “can you hold on one second” at the speaker when you pull up. THEN continue to wait another six minutes in the drive-through BEFORE your order is taken and another 10 minutes before you get to the window. ANOTHER five mixtures before you actually receive your food… all on a Wednesday night at 9:15pm.
