Overall not a good experience. The staff wasn’t friendly. My husband got a chicken club and I got the Mediterranean, both made per menu description. There was no flavor and the “heated” sub was cold. The spicy humus was not spicy and lacked flavor. The cucumber on my sandwich was the only ingredient that tasted good. The staff told us to go to the register, we paid and then the person making our sandwich asked us across the store, what toppings we wanted on our subs. Definitely won’t be back. Jimmy John’s makes a much more flavorful sandwich.

$13 for a turkey avocado sandwich. Pictured is the amount of avocado, one tiny wedge. Also ordered it with lettuce and tomato was not on there, will not be going back. Saddest looking sandwich ever.

Took me 45 minutes to get a sandwich. There were 4 employees and one other customer but they were NOT interested in doing any actual work. I had to ask them multiple times to continue working on my sandwich.

I called to place a carry out order. The person who answered explained they do not take orders over the phone because they do not have the capability to process credit cards for take out orders. I was paying with cash and told the person. The person was still insistent that they do not take orders by phone only online. That is awful funny because about 2 months ago I called in an order. They didn’t want to take the order so they told me the same thing. My co worker called right back, got a different person and was able to place the order. Why is it different with different people? Either way you have now lost some business.

Here’s my “big” meatball sub with LESS than 1 meatball on each half. Giving their customer the absolute minimum in the name of portion control. Waste of money and a trip there. I thought subway was bad… this is worse.

I’m only giving this 3 stars due to the food was pretty decent. The service however leave a lot to improve. When I walked in I went to the order counter. There were two employees behind the counter they were talking, I stood there awkwardly for at least 3 minutes waiting to be acknowledged at all. Finally the woman huff and walked over to grab gloves and said @what can I get you”. When checking out the young man who was standing there the old time my food was being prepared asked what I got- so I had to go through each item, even though he watched it being made and even pour my soups. Then once I paid he sat all of my items on the counter individually. I had two sandwiches, two soups, and two drinks. I waited for home to put them all in a large bag- he never did so I asked if I could have a large bag. Like I’m supposed to carry all those items in my arms out to the car. It was the weirdest sandwich shop experience I’ve ever had. But, like I said the food was decent. I’d go there again for the food, but the service really needs improvement.

I was next door doing business and realized it was lunchtime. Had seen ads previously, so we went in. Everyone was most pleasant, but I did not care for the sandwich I had which I suspect was the bread, toasted and rolled as though it were a wrap. My baked Lay’s chips were the best part of that lunch. The 2 sandwich plus 1 chip lunch came in at over $20…totally overpriced.
