Wanted to try their Pad Thai because a coworker asked them to “make it so spicy you feel sorry for me,” and he said it had him dying. I wanted to see if I could handle it, and man did they deliver. There’s a reason their spiciness goes to four stars, but I asked for five. Still had a beautiful smoky and nutty flavor under all that spiciness. I also got a three star to fully appreciate the flavor and it was delicious. The fried tofu was perfectly crispy but still soft in the middle, the sauce was light and perfect. Nana Pattaya knows how to do spice and flavor, highly recommend giving them a try.

I have 4 dishes that I truly love, it’s so hard to decide so I have to alternate at each visit even though my mind is telling me to order what I had the week prior. I go there atleast 1-2 times a week, they are fast and easy to order online to just pick up when I am on the go! Today I got the Thai fried rice with a level 2 for spiciness. The other dishes are the Spicy Fried Rice, Drunken Noodles and Pad Thai all with a level 2 – 3 spiciness. Left overs are great for dinner or next day lunch You will just have to try these if you haven’t already! Reasonably priced.

I had the drunken noodles. They were fantastic. I asked for a level 3 spice. I usually like my Thai food pretty spicy. She recommended a 2. And I’m glad I listened. It was plenty spicy. Any higher and I probably wouldn’t have enjoyed it. I would recommend starting at a 1 even if you like spicy food. And then work your way up next time. Wonderful service. Good food. The only downside was it was right on the road and it was really noisy. But I also understand it’s a food truck and that’s to be expected.

First time trying out this Thai food truck off Pacific Ave in Lacey. Not bad. Really liked the fried rice. Ordered it with 2-star spicy and it had a pretty good kick. I don’t think I could handle the 4-star lol. We’ll definitely come out and try other items off the menu in the near future. Service was quick and she brought our order out to us while we waited in our car.

Peanut sauce for spring rolls not very peanutty and quite thin. It was ok but not my style. But then 2* noodles so hot I couldn’t eat more than ten bites with lots of water. Ouch! Beware. Pad Thai not like I’ve ever had. Sliced round onion? Never seen that in pad Thai. Must have been down to last carrot. Tiny bit of shredded carrot. Not my cup of tea.

I’ve never in all my 46 years had Tom Yum or Tom Kha without complimentary rice or occasionally rice noodles. I am currently cooking rice I’m sick and therefore asked for my soup to be spicy My husband asked for his fried rice to be mild . That aspect of the order was also forked up. When I called to inquire about whether rice is typically served with their soup there was no attempt to repair the broken trust or explain that you must in fact order rice a la carte. Do not recommend. Will not order anything from here ever again.

Ordered pad se ew and Thai fried rice at 1.5 spice level (just a little the employee said) got home to find it was so spicy it was inedible and I can handle a bit of of spice but my wife cannot. Raw broccoli and very odd flavor in pad-se-ew and Thai rice had tons of chicken but so much black pepper it was almost humorous – like the top fell off the pepper shaker and instead of fixing it they just served it anyways. Chicken satay was passable. Fresh spring rolls had no basil and two tiny shrimp.

This place is delicious, I got the pad thai I always get the pad Thai first, thats how I gauge the thai place by how good the noodle dishes are. This place lets yo I got hot if you want it, real spicey. Which is rare in this town most thai spots are dumbed down and kinda basic. Definitely going back i love me some spicey food.

One of the best tasting Pad Thai dishes in Thurston County. Great flavors in the sauce with a generous portion of chicken, veggies and crushed peanuts. And you have to have the lime. And the crushed peanuts. Simply amazing.
