Upon ordering an 8 piece extra crispy chicken meal, I was told by an unfriendly employee that I would not be able to because the extra crispy chicken was no longer available for the day. Manager Jose was extremely rude over the speaker, I needed a minute to place my order and he told me to order when I was ready. I started my order once I was ready, he waited for me to be done and said go ahead and order. I then said, “I thought you were ready” which he responded with. “You don’t even know what you want”. At this point I decided to pull up to the window and I asked to speak to the manager, he then said he was the manager. I asked for the corporate number or phone number to the franchise owner or whoever is above him which he refused and told me to go online. Due to the horrible service, I will NEVER go back to this KFC.

I saw mixed reviews when choosing this place and honestly I 100% recommend this KFC and it’s all because of the person that was serving us, it also looked like he was the only one working but had a great attitude and super helpful and still maintained the quality. Food was tasty, hot and as good as it gets. 100% recommend this location!!!

Their service is fantastic and better than any fast food in the Vegas valley! I typically order one of their box combos for $5.99, plus tax and it’s always great. It’s unusual for me to compliment every aspect of a dining experience, but this KFC location deserves every bit. Anytime I’m in the mood for fried chicken, I’ll keep coming here. Went to get dinner a couple nights back and was well before closing hours at 10pm. I was met with a locked door at 8:30 and and an employee that barely glanced up from texting very apathetically before returning back to his phone. Glad to know that this establishment is more interested in hiring employees that would rather take up business hours texting in the dinner hours then making money for the company their working for. I hope they aren’t getting paid to sit around and text because I’d feel bad for the owner about time theft and having to pay them for doing nothing. Poor work ethic and didn’t even get met with an explanation of why they were closed so early. Don’t plan on returning unless standards change.
