This has to be the worst Popeyes in both North and South America. The chicken is absolutely horrible! I always try to give places a chance before I write a review. I even try to spread it out after a bad experience and go once every sixth months. In this case, I extended my welcome, hoping for new management. I’ve been here about 5 times and they always disappoint. I KNOW the staff wouldn’t serve themselves this nasty chicken. Imagine spending $40 on chicken where ALL 12 pieces are dry, the legs look like drumettes, and it taste like they cook the chicken with foot grease. I am completely done with this place, unless they reimburse me for destroying my tastebuds.

I ordered one time through the drive thru around 6 PM. The staff were friendly. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and some ghost pepper wings. My order came out quick and they taste fantastic.

So the manager that works here is a REAL piece of work. She is super rude to the customers/ Uber drivers. She started yelling to the top of her lungs because she gave me and others a horrible experience and I took a photo of her to post so the higher management can see the type of person that they have working there. She’s not even wearing a name tag and will not tell you her name and tried to tell me she was going to call the police on me because I took a photo of her and it’s illegal to take any photos inside the building.. She had a very long line of customers acting super unprofessional in front of everybody. She was 100% in the wrong even when I was walking out of their customers we’re complaining about her and her lack of communication with the customers. I come to Popeyes all the time and it’s only when she’s working that everything seems like it’s all out of whack. Higher management definitely needs to take action, and replace her with someone that is more intelligent and has more experience being a manager when it comes to being respectful to the guest.

I eat here on the regular and the service is okay. However today was not my best experience. I placed a mobile order which was ready when I arrived. I picked up through the drive thru. It was a lady in a grey shirt who I would assume is a manager. She was rude and did NOT have great customer service. I received the wrong drink so when I asked for the correct drink she got an attitude with me. I asked for a dipping sauce to go with my chicken tenders and she got an attitude as well. I get back to work only to realize I’m missing a side from my big box order. I order two strawberry biscuits which tasted old. The fries my child got were also cold. I did not get a straws with my drinks. Overall today my food was not good and the service sucked.

This is my experience on 7/28/2022. Half cooked chicken breast, small chicken legs the size of wingers. What happened?? It’s almost like they are purposely trying to bankrupt this location. Very very unacceptable. If I get sick I definitely going see my lawyer.

The chicken is never fresh and they say the wait time for fresh chicken is 30 minutes and you have to pay for it first. Placing order is difficult if you speak English. We cannot modify a order. The staff only know the number for the meal on the board, but if you ask for

My favorite entree is a spicy chicken tender meal with red beans and rice. Sometimes I’ll eat the chicken and biscuit and save the beans and rice for a snack later. I’ve never had an issue with this establishment.

Wow. The mashed potatoes was delicious, chicken tenders – regular and spicy was also yummy. I liked the cajun seasoning on the cajun rice. We had this on take out. My husband likes the mashed potatoes and regular tenders.
