This was a great Burger King. We order and to wait a little but not bad at all for a Burger King. The customer service was fairly good not the best I have had, but definitely not bad service. My Friend dropped a coin in one of those things were you try to catch and he caught it that was cool. Food was good and hot. Overall very good!

This Burger King has good customer service but tonight we went through the drive thru and were asked to pull up and wait on our food. No problem. We get home and we live maybe 2 miles from this store and our food is cold. The whoppers are so expensive and we spend 30$ for 3 sandwiches for them to be cold. I don’t want to pay that much money and wait for food I have to warm up in the microwave before I eat it.

The drive thru service is literally awful. I am not going to explain too much cause I have a burger I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes for. It took them five minutes to take our order and we had a mobile order so we just needed to let them know. Secondly we waited for our food for like I said over 30 minutes. Then they forgot my zesty sauce!! This is not the first time but it will be the last. Next time is anywhere but here.

I walked inside to order some food. There was a guy (a customer waiting for his food), one guy in front of me, and the rest of the place was empty, and he says I hope you’re not in a hurry. So I started the timer on my phone just to see how long it took to get my food. The answer was 29 minutes, 29 minutes to get 2 hamburgers and a glass of water. Good thing I wasn’t in a hurry. So BUYER BEWARE, if you want your food hot and fast, hit the DQ or the McDonalds down the street. One star the bathroom was clean, the dining room tables were dirty, I had to clean off my table to eat, when I asked if someone could clean a table they handed me a wet towel so I wiped off a table and a chair myself and sat down to eat my lunch. The food was warm when I got it, but I left feeling like I was a burden on the employees, no welcome wagon here. I will not be back.

The food was good but unfortunately our experience was incredibly slow. I’m not sure what the wait was but we were asked to hold on at the speaker and waited over five minutes before taking our order. There was one other car before us. Then waited for our order additional time which would be fine but fries were not warm. Not cold but basically room temp same with our chicken nuggets. Usually we don’t have troubles and this establishment is way better than the Warsaw location.
