This is the most amazing Taco Bell. The staff is very nice (though currently in training), the food was very good, the place is spotless and the atmosphere was spectacular. I’m not sure why anyone would go to Dollywood when you have this Christmas miracle right here. I think Buddy from Elf works here. Did I mention “Free Candy” bar?

Food was good, came out hot and quick. Unfortunately before leaving I went to the restroom where there was an employee that came out of one of the stalls and did not wash his hands before returning to work. I tried to call the store and tell them that they need to emphasize to their employees that having clean hands and preparing other people’s food is a necessity. “Employees must was hands before returning to work “ is posted in almost every restaurant bathroom that I’ve ever been in.

Cashier complained about only having 3 people. No one in line had to wait 9 minutes for them to take our order. They gave us the wrong frozen drink. We asked them to make it right. She did but slammed it on the counter and didn’t even put the lid on correctly. Then as we was walking out could hear her complain to the other workers. Food prices are going up. I know people don’t want to work and everyone is under staffed but no excuse for this. It is not that busy at 245 on Thursday. And I was a taco bell employee 30 years ago.

My order was wrong I told the lady three times that I wanted lettuce and meat only on them and they put cheese instead after she repeated it back to me with lettuce and meat only and when we got home and tried to eat them water or grease was running out of the taco when we tried to eat them

The item is a crunchwrap. I live 5 minutes away so it definitely shouldn’t have been soggy. Not one crunch. The shell ended up feeling like a wet taco shell. The wrapper was dripping juice from the amount of tomato. Even the bag was wet. Not from grease either.

9 of 10 times your order will be messed up. Meat and cheese only is very hard for them to understand. Caution sour cream will come with your plain item and your lucky to get steak.
