Quick and delicious Italian street food. Hubby got spaghetti and meatballs with marinara sauce. Meatballs were a nice size and delicious. I had a power bowl as a gluten-free vegetarian. The pesto dressing was incredible! Packed with flavor!

They kill it every time. Madi and Eian were crazy nice, especially since five of us came in at 9:45pm when they close at 10:00pm. I expected them to be irritated but they even made picky kids feel welcome. They made more meatballs, fired calamari and gave the kids some strawberries. We stop here whenever we travel from Knoxville and it never disappoints.

I came in to pick up a DoorDash and the whole experience was awful, I’m sorry but what the hell has this establish came to , Josh the cashier was so helpful, he deserves a raise. But the ”manager” Shawn was an absolutely awful, he treated me and my buddy like trash. Acted like we were worthless because we were door dashing, I’ve left a voicemail for home office tonight. And hoping to hear back I’ll also be calling Brittany on Monday.

I’m a delivery driver and let me tell you this location has the fastest and nicest young lady working there. She can get a catering order out in like 8 min even while helping everyone else. She’s a gem. Her name is Madison and she’s wonderful. I’ve never seen anyone so fast and I’ve picked up from 100s of merchants.

Hey, I can’t speak enough good graces about this location Troy, Jada, and Isabella were nothing but professional. They gave great suggestions, and the customer service was stellar. I love this Piada. The food is always fresh, the entire staff is accommodating and pleasant. Making food right in front of hungry people waiting in line – is not an easy job. They do it with a smile and quickly. The management is excellent. Definitely my favorite Piada in Columbus.

Ever since I went vegan, I haven’t ate at Piada so it’s been sometime. My bf and I called the gahanna location 10 mins before they closed asking if they would be able to serve us and the young lady who answered the phone did one even better… she took our order over the phone that way we could just go in and pay. We arrived at 10pm, I went in they had our food bagged up and ready to go. The workers were pleasant and patient. I can now eat Piada again and we have another place we can go

This is a great location. It’s located in a plaza with a lot of stores. So, once you are done with your shopping you can grab a bite to eat. They have good portion sizes and great food. Today I got the small Harvest Salad with Chicken for $9.78. It was absolutely delicious and the small size was very filling. The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean.

The food is always good the service continues to go downhill. Staff wise you either get young kids goofing off being so unprofessional or today there was literally two staff. I ran out for my lunch break and they kept doing the online order in total I stood in like for 28 minutes (only one person ahead of me) before they took my order. The head “chef” was also very snappy and rude.
