The problem with America… I was craving some fries and this was the only thing I got.. huge mistake. Each fry had salt DUMPED on it. I had to brush every single fry off. But they were still inedible so I gave up and threw them out.

Whenever my children earn a daddy/daughter or father/son special treat, they want ice cream from Dairy Queen. My daughter, 8, loves to get an ice cream cone dipped for a hard shell of chocolate. My son, 5, wanted a Sundae.

Always something basic wrong with their drink machine, ice is broken, they’re low on carbonation so no refills, or out of certain flavors. Do a better job of managing your inventory and placing orders. Literally avoided coming in because there was no ice and the machine was down for like two weeks. It’s a basic thing for any restaurant. Shouldn’t have three visits in the last few months have something wrong with something as basic as a drink. There’s another DQ in Fife I usually go to and every time I pick this one instead I regret not going to the Fife one.

Haven’t dined inside since living around FME area, always drive-thru but I’m sure it’s a good atmosphere to dine in at. My family and I haven’t been disappointed with our orders, yet! I’m always thankful when I CAN ACTUALLY afford to buy my children and myself a treat from DQ.

Only reason they get more than 1 star is because the chicken strips are good. The service is so bad I could see my order was #1 and the app said it was ready but I had to wait so long my ice cream melted. Just sit in the drive thru. Ordering on the app means waiting for everyone else in line once you get to the store.

This is the worst fast food place I have ever been took me 28 minutes to get a burger with one person in front of me doesn’t know how to ring up the burgers as a single the worst employee staff I’ve ever seen employed in my life I’m not want to usually make comments, but whoever runs this place needs all new management and employment. It should never take 30 minutes to get a burger at a fast food restaurant.
