Not amazing, but not the worst. Came in for lunch on my way to Albuquerque. I had the Carne adovado, which was my first time ever trying this dish. Wasn’t the best experience. The pork was very dry, and if not for the sauce outside and covering the burrito, wouldn’t have been too enjoyable. Maybe fresh it would have been a great choice, but as it was, not the best. Prices were reasonable enough. Waitress was friendly. Not the best experience, but you win some, you lose some.

Update: 8/4/2023- We stopped by again for a quick lunch on our way through Cuba, with great anticipation for the excellent food we’d experienced before. I hate to say it, but we were very disappointed. We had the nachos again and they were still really good. We ordered the “homemade” onion rings as an appetizer. The onion rings we were served were not homemade. They were edible but not very good. The chicken fajitas were awful. The chicken was possibly boiled and appeared to only seasoned with lime juice. The texture of the chicken was gross and the sautéed vegetables were not done. We should have sent them back but we didn’t. We will go back sometime, but will stick to enchiladas and nachos.

Food was good. Service was very slow. The one gal was hostess, waitress, busser. Bathroom was horrible LITERALLY NO water pressure, toilet very loose in men’s room. Floor sunk. This owner needs to be reported. Food was OK. But with no water pressure, how do they do dishes or cook????

We ate here today and the food was good but not sure why it wasn’t served on plates. We were brought our hot food in Styrofoam containers and the food had been heated in those same containers so I got a big bite of melted Styrofoam, yummy (not). We were there around 4pm which is not closing time.

Great Food: Great Service:Great Location. The service here is always great! The food is always great as well. Food is out quickly so this makes a great stop to eat usually in and out in 30 minutes. Servers are well dressed and the tables and restaurant is very clean. The booths at this restaurant are very cozy. They offer a wide variety of desserts in their dessert case. Overall a great place! Parking is also very convenient and handicapped friendly. :-)))

Me, and my family came here close to closing time approximately at 6pm (we didn’t know they close at 6:30pm). The staff there were very nice to serve us and make us a pot of coffee. The waitress was even nice enough to give my younger sister a quarter for the jukebox. Their burgers are delicious and will definitely stop by again.

I and my two buddies go here once a year after backpacking nearby in the San Pedro Parks Wilderness. Some of the best New Mexico-style vittles you can find anywhere. If you can find it. Cuba ain’t so easy to get to, but if you ever pass through, Presciliano’s is the place to eat.
