We just choked down slices of a large pizza which was the size of a medium. Have had mediocre pies before but this was worst pizza from Seneca Dominos we have had. It was overcooked, dry, burnt on top, hardly any cheese.

Call me , old school, because I am. I called a Domino’s that is five minutes from my house to place an order for pizza. First time in a while. Yep, I know you don’t believe this, but it is true. I don’t order online or have the APP. I dialed the local number and then, BAM !. I was talking to an Indian from India. It took an eternity to place my order, I was ready to just tell him to forget it. I was cutting him some slack because his English was poor and I am a nice guy. Well, I was getting a bit suspicious at this point. I went and picked my pizza up and saw no Indians, not a single one. While picking up my Domino’s pizza I asked the staff if my call had through a call center in India. Yep, a call from my house went to a call center in India. to order a mediocre pizza. The good news is, it wont happen again,

I placed an online order for two pizzas, a salad and two orders of cinnamon twists. I waited the 20 minutes until my order was supposed to be ready and then went in the store. When I got there and gave them my name the lady at the register informed me that my order had not yet been started, because they had no onions.

To start with, the girl who answered the phone was very polite. She took my order over the phone because the app wasn’t cooperating. We had no problems there. The problem came in with the food. The chicken wings were under cooked. The pizza was meh….. meaning it wasn’t good but it wasn’t horrible either. But, it wasn’t good either. Also, someone forgot to complete cutting the slices in our pizza. As a result we were left with huge slices of pizza. They were unevenly cut. We had 6 slices of pizza instead of 8. 2 huge slices and the other 4 pieces were regular sizes. I tried to reason it, but there was no reasoning it. Someone forgot to finish cutting the pizza. We spent over $60 on our order so we expected more. The chicken was literally still bloody inside the meat. We had to put them into our air fryer and cook them an additional 15 minutes. We were very disappointed!! We’ve been customers of Domino’s for many years prior to moving to this area. We are new to this area and we were very hopeful that the Domino’s reputation would be upheld…BUT IT WASN’T. We’ll probably try the other location. Maybe we will get better food from there.
