Whole in the wall place with authentic Chinese food in Kenmore. The scallion pancakes and spicy chicken were the stars of the show. Dumplings were good and the steam buns were tasty, but could have used a little more filling. Fair prices and the food doesn’t take too long to be made.

Amazing hole in the wall with incredible authentic Chinese food! We ordered the pork and shrimp fried dumplings, pork buns (which were huge), shredded pork with bean sauce and onions, and chicken cubes with cayenne pepper. The portions were huge and lasted us two full meals. 10/10!

Food and service was very good. Scallion chicken very good..super tender and flavorful. Only complaint my son had was that he didn’t like they left the bones in. Steamed vegetable buns..a little lacking in flavor. Chicken leek dumplings were very tasty. The little noodles N1 was awesome. Definitely will come back.

I had heard great things about the authenticity of this place, so I had to try. I was a bit underwhelmed, it was also rather pricey. They forgot our white rice with the general tso’s chicken (which was ok tasting but not very hearty). Though, I really appreciated how large the pork buns were! The sauce on the side had good flavor. Sadly the baby bok choy was soggy and lacked any flavor. Maybe it was just an off day… I would probably still order from here again.

Came here because I heard they had some of the best dumplings around. Ended up ordering fried pork dumplings and pork buns as well. My original order was apparently picked up by someone else though so I ended up with pork & shrimp dumplings instead. Day of they were phenomenal (really enjoyed the dipping sauce as well)

Great hole in the wall place with Chinese food that’s as authentic as you’re going to get in this area. They are always so nice there. It’s simple, comfortable and delicious. It’s a lot of good for the price! I can never finish a soup in one setting. Never had a bad meal there. Always soul satisfying comfort food that’s delicious!
