Should change the name to Chaos Pizza. A lot of workers running around in panic mode. I know it’s a Saturday night but wow. Waiting inside 30 minutes after being told 15 you get to see a lot more than you want to. Pizzas made with bare hands after touching the cash register, etc. Delivery guy comes in and starts working on pizzas without even washing his hands.

Everything was good except the papadia. I was really excited to try this new menu item but it was a complete disappointment. I got the Philly Cheesesteak & it was completely dry: almost no cheese at all. When I opened it up, it genuinely looked like someone threw three shreds of cheese in there. Don’t know if it was just a mishap, but probably wont order again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this location tonight. The Papa John’s closest to my home has shorter hours than usual so I looked for another location nearby that was open and this one was still taking orders thankfully! The employee that handed me my pizza checked my order for accuracy before handing it to me, which was nice and he made sure to ask if I needed anything else. It was a very quick and wonderful experience. The pizza was hot and delicious. By far the best pizza I’ve gotten from a Papa John’s in recent memory! The cheese was distributed so evenly on the pizza, which made every bite fantastic. This location was doing something very right tonight. Thanks so much!

Delivery driver was there handling orders without masks. Taking pizza out of the ovens. Breathing on boxes along with putting sauces in pizza boxes without masks or gloves. I thought it was a manager or someone higher up and then I saw him go out the door with delivery bags with no mask the entire time. Everyone else but two, who half wore them, has masks on the entire time.
