Showed up at 11:10 to pickup an order. Lobby locked, finally got let in, and No Chicken ready, was told it would be 16 mins! How?!? Why open at all! There was 4-5 employees so not understaffed, 3 were standing around talking while prep stations were not even set up. 11:30 still waiting on Chicken.

We have ordered here several times for family parties. It’s my elderly moms favorite place to have chicken. We ordered drive through on 3/9 around 3:00 pm and the gentleman at the drive threw window was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was fresh and we will definitely be back. Fast food restaurants often lack customer service but not this place! Thanks for always being consistent and delicious!

Food is usually ok BUT the service and waits are extremely bad! My mother just had to sit for 20 minutes just to get to place an order. What??? That was just to order!!! Not even the wait for the food itself! We will never order from this location again. There reason for the waits was that they only had two employees working. Must not be managed well or the owner doesn’t care about the workers and business because this is not the only experience our family has had like this. (Sunday 7/23/23)

Pulled up to dining room At 4:30 pm white car parked with passenger window most of way down dog jumps out at me so I called store some young fellow comes out says dog is just protecting the car was not bothering car almost was attacked by dog to get out and get some food was told there’s all kind of parking places so I’ll not be returning to this place should have handled it differently.
