Young lady who was taking drive up orders was extremely rude at the window. She didn’t even say good morning but did proceed to tell me that I needed to stop at the menu bar, I couldn’t just drive up. I had no problem with what she said, but how she said it, could have been more professional. Never mind the fact that she was leaned over the counter on her phone. As a first time customer visiting this site, I’ll never come back. Customer service is so important, which is something they need more training on.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. This location always gives me problems. I always order my drinks with less ice since they are about 7$. Today I was given a drink at the window that was missing 2 inches of the drink (anywhere else I go it’s filled to the lid). I asked if they could fill it up. The guy at the window gets a manager who tells me they can’t put more coffee in it since I ordered it with less ice, only milk. The time before that I ordered less ice and it was packed with so much ice I couldn’t stir my drink, but I decided not to say anything. I feel like they just spite you if you order less ice so I’ll just take my business elsewhere since the service here is subpar.

I hate to write a bad review bc the employees here are the nicest and this location donates to the school but the coffee and food is always off. Coffee tastes burnt and my order tastes different every time. Food tastes as if the equipment needs cleaned of its grease. We usually hit the dunkin on Princetown because it is more consistent and has fresh coffee.
