I go often with my family. Customer service is good. They communicate with me really well compared to other places. When I ordered my food I was told to park in the front while they prepare it. I was only sitting for less than a minute and they apologized. Really quick service. I have only ever had an issue one time with an order (they gave me mozzarella sticks instead of chicken fries). The food was good and had no issues other than my BBQ was forgotten. Will definitely eat here again

No matter when we came, what day or time, the service was consistently good and the food correct. Over the course of two months, my wife and I came for breakfast, lunch and dinner and never had a problem even during high customer times. Good service is rare and this location makes it a priority regardless of being very busy.

This BK is the truth. My fries were so hot that they were to hot to eat and my whopper was piping hot as well. So much better than the other fast foods. We as customers always want hot and fresh food. Keep up the AWESOME work!!!

I was going to ask the young lady in drive thru to text my son to have family dinner tonight. She text the entire time we pulled up to the window. Check your tape. Service could have been faster if she was interested in working today.

I normally come to this burger King but today was just to ridiculous for me, so long story short I order 6 kids cheeseburgers and 6 value fries through the drive through for my children. When I got to the window I decided to make it a kids meal instead meaning to only include a toy and a drink, so I let the lady at the window know that I wanted it to be a kids meal instead and she proceeds to ask Dewayne who was the cook at the time and she opens the window and tells me that he said NAW ( those exact words). I never had an experience to where customer service lacked so much and not wanting to do your job, that was very rude. My kids was looking forward to that meal because they love burger king and I had to break the news to them which made them upset. I will never go there again the customer service is ridiculously horrible.

Yesterday, 08/15/23, i went through the drive through and repeated my order three times, to get to the window and learn they mistook my order. They told me i would have to go around and reorder and i refused. The manager then came and tried to make it my fault because i could’ve read the screen. They close they partially closed the window partially and the manager was saying something and you heard the employees just continue to laugh. I only order a crispy chicken jr. Not only did i experience unprofessional behavior from staff but also from management. My sandwich was over cooked and i was scared to even eat it after they were laughing about the situation. I will not be attending that BK anymore and i hope they get better staff.

Just left the I wasn’t order number 43 in drive on 05/30/2023 open my sandwich up and found a piece of black hair in my food I don’t appreciate that at all and the is very very nasty to see in your food I do have pictures of this but it won’t let me post it at all if I don’t get a response I will be call corporate and channel 2 and channel 5 and channel 11

I will never eat at this establishment, I am pregnant and got off work one night looking forward to a whopper jr meal. I get my food and proceed home i then open my burger and see a long string of hair hanging from the burger so i drive back to the restaurant where the drive through is extremely long. I then park and try to go inside a employee sees me and waves me off to go back into the drive through i point at my burger indicating something is wrong with my meal she then waves me off again. I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant in my life, and i filed a complaint through the burger king app and have yet to get any response . Completely disappointed with their service, food the whole ordeal was terrible. I will never eat at another burger king in my life

Visited here on Saturday. My first time at this location and, my first time trying the Ch’King chicken sandwich. First of all, this was my best experience with a Burger King yet. The restaurant itself, at least the exterior (since I was in the drive-thru) was very clean, including the parking lot. From what I could see through the window, the inside looked nice as well. I was very pleased with how quickly the line moved, as well as the friendliness of the staff, both on the intercom and at the window. As for the sandwich, I ordered the spicy version. It came out hot and fresh, perfectly cooked. The seasoning and that sauce were outstanding. I would definitely recommend this sandwich as well as this Burger King location.
