Food is always so,so. I mean its NOT Fleichensteins bakery my dear! 1/2 the time they get my order WRONG! Because of my dietary restrictions! Atmosphere is a bit stressful so its definitely not my favorite place to go to unwind.

I’m not sure if the baristas are trained in this fashion, or if they are all just rude and inefficient. There can be a line, and they will not look up, acknowledge or take any orders until their cleaning/chores are done first. This has happened to me several times, so I have given up going to this Starbucks. Today there were 2 baristas, one cleaning a coffee pot, one getting ice… while 4 people waited in line for over 10 mins. I ended up leaving, as I was the last in line and no one was being helped. Here’s a idea: fill the ice and clean when there are no customers! At the very least, stop staring at the ground and and say ‘I’ll be with you in a moment’. Use common sense.

It’s unacceptable for any coffee shop to open at 0900. This says they open at 0600, but when you walk in, one of the employees will tell you that they don’t open until 0900. Otherwise, great service, great coffee.
