The service was amazing! They were very busy but still attentive with keeping our drinks filled and updating on the food time. Our server was fun and in such a good mood! The food, OHMYGOD i can’t even tell you how good it was! We had the pork chops and multiple French toast flavors from their flights! I definitely recommend this new place.

The food was pretty good and the restaurant seemed to be 3/4 full on a Sunday morning. The restaurant seemed fairly well staffed but it took 25min for someone to ask for our drink orders- I asked the host to order water when she was passing by- she walked up to a group of servers who were talking/looking at a phone at the hostess stand to have someone take our order. We ordered our drinks and food all at once and waited another 30-35min for our food to be served. The food was relatively good- the French toast platter had toppings but I wish I was served some syrup to put on at the peach cobbler/berry french toasts. The bacon was extremely greasy but I patted that off. I don’t think we will be coming back for at least 6mo and hopefully the service will be better after they have been established longer. Hopefully time will fix that issue- they seemed well staffed though but the kitchen kind of looked chaotic.

Don’t sleep on this place! Their sign isn’t even up yet and they are really busy because the food and service were fantastic! I had the French Toast flight- the Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast is AMAZING! Husband has fried eggs and pork chops and they were great! Cross was a wonderful server!!!

We’ve been hearing so much about this place that we decided to make the visit. It was very crowded on this Friday but we were luckily seated right away. The wait staff was extremely friendly and plentiful. Our server Jay did a good job taking care of us. My husband got the Shrimp and Grits. It was very good, but I’m confused why it’s on the breakfast menu. We were there at 11 so it didn’t matter. I got the French Toast flight. I’m sad to say it wasn’t anything special and for $17 that’s disappointing. We probably won’t return but are glad we got to try it.

First time here! We were greeted when we walked in and seated immediately. The server Rae was pleasant, knowledgeable and kept our glasses full. The place began to fill up as we waited for our food. We ordered shrimp and grits and catfish and grits, a French toast flight and fried potatoes and onions. The potatoes and onions were seasoned well but the onions were diced and the potatoes were hard. A no for us. Shrimp were small in the shrimp and grits but flavorful. The fish was fried perfectly but I really didn’t care for it although catfish is my absolute favorite fish. Not talking about the grits. The star of the show was absolutely the French toast flight! Thick fluffy decadent French toast covered in several toppings my favorites were the bedrock and the strawberry cheesecake. I will go back to support this black business and work my way thru the menu!

My only complaint was the wait. We were told it was 20 minute wait to be seated and it was closer to an hour. Outside of that everything else was good. The food came out hot and fresh. It was seasoned perfectly.
