Word of advice, drive the extra ten minutes to go to the Fashion Fair location. Did an online order and still took them 30 minutes after I arrived to have my food ready. The three gals working looked incredibly stressed out, kept staring at the order monitor and quietly and urgently talking with each other. No idea what was going on, but they needed a supervisor on staff. Once they finally gave me my food (if I hadn’t paid online already I would have just left), I was missing my main sandwich. Then they argued saying it was in the bag, I had to unpack the bag to show them it wasn’t there. Finally got it, drove home, and realized they never gave me my sides of ranch that I’d paid for. Food was ice cold and the fries were inedible because of how soggy they were. It’s less than a 5 min drive to my house. Such a cluster. Go to fashion fair. Two stars because the flavor of the sandwiches was fine.

Charley’s does follow safety protocols. They have decent sandwhiches. I ordered the philly cheesesteak with cheddar cheese. It came with little mayo then cold lettuce tomatoes and pickles. Was an interesting add that i politely tossed to the side.

Used to be mouth watering good, 2-3 years ago. Now, it’s just edible. Nothing impressive. Smaller meat portion. Got home in 20 min and food was already cold… Would give 3 stars but some random dude not in uniform without a mask was walking around behind the counter.

Former employee, this place garnishes wages, withholds w-2 till the very last minute, has a horrible write up policy, that was and is not fair for the employee, management should be checked or replaced, the owner helps when he can, but no longer thinks for himself and just allows the general manager to work with unchecked impunity, I just ask for better management, and hope the quality of there product stays good for other customers sakes, however do remember them not putting raw chicken back in the walk-in fridge to keep under 40 degrees and out of the danger zone, however most of the time we were instructed to leave the chicken on the cooking line, overnight and use it the next day, in which the chicken had climbed over the danger zone, and serving and cooking chicken that was over 60-70 degrees sometimes, I pray they don’t still do this, but please be careful and eat to your best judgement
