I wish i could give the service 10 stars, these guys were great!! Brought my boys in for their first time. They were so patient and helping them order, offering samples so they didn’t build a bad burrito, even have them a surprise bag of chips and queso! Love this location!

Sat in my car with a few other customers until 10:35. That’s for starters. Then knowing that they were opening late, the lady opens the door and doesn’t acknowledge that we were waiting outside for her to open the store. Then we all proceed inside the store and still no acknowledgement to us “the customers” and we then wait another 10-15mins with none of the crew talking to us or explaining what’s going on. I can understand if you guys are under staff or just started late, the problem was the rudeness and the fact that there was no acknowledgement or upfront reason for the hold up. I got my order late and then had to pay for extra rice, should have been a courtesy. For the long wait and the unpreparedness displayed this morning. Do better, next time. Fortunately I’m not from around there, because I won’t be back.

Absolutely nasty place. I wished I looked at the other reviews first but was on a 10 hr road trip and decided to stop. Not one table was clean. Over flowing trash. Bathrooms looked like it’s been a week since they were cleaned. Food prep area had scraps everywhere and probably weren’t wiped down all day. And we’re not talking about during lunch rush, this was at 2pm and it wasn’t busy. I mean, have some pride and clean up the place. Just burn it down and rebuild.

It was lunch time so there was a line, but the line was extremely slow. And after we got our food, it was cold. The worst part was the cleanliness of the restrooms. It is clear they haven’t been cleaned in months. And, the soap dispenser wasn’t working so you know employees are not properly washing their hands. There is no baby changing station which sometimes doesn’t bother me if the restroom is clean but this restroom was so dirty I swear it’s a health code violation. This location needs a deep clean and corporate should come in to make sure it stays in good shape.

The person that took care of us, Anthony, was so kind! I have a severe gluten allergy that makes going out difficult. He so happily made my meal safe. He changed out all the serving utensils, washed his hands, put hand sanitizer on, put on new gloves, and grabbed safe lettuce for me. Even when a coworker came to help that didn’t have safe gloves, Anthony chose safety and did not accept the help.

Food was cold. Kitchen was a mess and was virtually out of everything with no solution. Including ice and most meats. The guy basically said if you don’t see it out here I’m not grabbing it. Seems to be severely understaffed. I would go somewhere else if you can.

We stopped at this Chipotle on the way home driving from Texas. Went in around 1130, and the workers were just goofing off. The trash cans were not even out. The restaurant was dirty. Ordered our food, and it was disgusting! The meat was burnt and had no flavor. The guacamole looked brown as if it was from 2 days before, and they just decided to serve it. The guacamole also had absolutely no flavor at all. I usually love Chipotle, especially the one near my hometown, so I decided to stop here and spent $41.66 for two people, and it was terrible food.. It was not busy and not too long after opening and the food tasted old. I will never return to this restaurant.
