The drive through display is broken so you are instructed to order at the window. I didn’t want to order for a family of 4 without looking at the menu so I parked and went inside. My 4yo daughter needed to pee so we went into the bathroom first. There was urine on the toilet seat and on the floor. There was no soap. There were no paper towels. The toilet paper roll was laying on the back of the toilet. If the drive through and bathroom are a representation of the kitchen, I won’t feed my family here.

This location was filthy! Everything was sticky and visibly dirty. We stopped here because it was our only option while traveling. We ordered a kids hot dog for my 4 year old and they gave us the adult meal. Said it was cheaper (it wasn’t) the adult meal was $5.99 and the kids meal was listed for $4.49. But we let it go. My son wanted a toy with his meal so I went back up to the counter to get a toy. They told me they were going to charge me for it. I said that didn’t make any sense seeing as the kids meal was cheaper and came with a toy. I already paid more getting an adult meal, why would they need to charge me for a toy when I had already paid more? They refused. My family spent a total of $40 bucks there. It’s not like I was trying to walk in and just get something for free. My son was upset and cried because he couldn’t understand why his meal didn’t come with a toy. I don’t know why anyone would stop here. They aren’t sanitary and then have the nerve to nickel and dime their customers.

My “charbroiled Angus burger” tasted, and looked, like the soy burgers from my middle/high school cafeteria lunches. Very disappointing. Was just wanted a good, quick burger that wasn’t McDonald’s. Lesson learned. ♀️

Overcharged me and was very slow to correct. Drink machine had several drink choice unavailable including diet coke. Got a cherry coke but could not identify the taste not cherry coke and not root beer but maybe a mix of the two.Yuck! Worst Hardee’s I have ever been to.

Employees acted like I was annoying them by coming in. The chicken tenders used to be pretty good; these were small and dried out. Wasn’t asked if I wanted any sauce. Tired fries were under cooked. Won’t be going back!!!

VERY disappointed anytime I come to this particular Hardee’s. Their staff is not professional, and you can tell they don’t want to be there. I’ve worked in fast food, and the attitude and morale they carry should be unacceptable. The food is usually cold and I’ve never gotten fresh veggies on my sandwiches. They’ve always been wilted. Today, both of the sandwiches I ordered weren’t even correct. Also, they charge for a side of dipping sauce which I totally understand, but both times I’ve paid for it, it has not been in the bag. No other Hardee’s I’ve been too has charged me for one cup of sauce, much less forgot to even put it in the bag. I’ve spoken to the manager and nothing seems to ever be addressed. I love Hardee’s but this one in particular needs some serious TLC.

Had to sit in the drive thru for bout 15 minutes just for my double cheeseburger with bacon to be a cold single cheese with what looked like finger prints smashed into the bun. The fries were warm the sprite was the best part of the order. The cashier was super nice but that didn’t help when trying to eat the cold stale burger.. didn’t have time to turn around and take it back..

We were pleasantly surprised, having not been to a Hardee’s in who knows how long. It was very quiet when we were there. The place looked very clean; the lady who took our order took good care of us without being overly effusively friendly; and we could tell the food was freshly made. Tasted really good, too. I thought the chicken strips were a bit too salty, but we were all happy with what we had.
