I am staying at the Holiday Inn express Hotel and had a pizza delivered. Not realizing it was completely uncooked. DoorDash said nothing. The restaurant said nothing. How am I going to cook a pizza in my hotel room this place is for the birds I’d like to use other words. I’m sure this is not the first time this is happened when I called they answered and said they were closed and hung up.

Waiting for an order that was already done, watching a grouchy lady making walk-in orders and refusing to even acknowledge my presence until I yell hey is my order ready yet. Customer service is off the charts and even more so is their jalapeños! I’m picky with jalapeños but when you get those here, it’s perfection.
