Incompetent staff at this location. This is not the first time I have had issues like this. Nuggets poorly breaded, zero sauce, no straws, no spoon for the Mac, the wrong sandwich, 1/2 & 1/2 tea request not followed, and a salad with no dressing. The order was clearly defined as it was mobile through the app.

The food is great. Best Chicken Ever. Best Fries Ever. Food is almost every time right. I say that because my door dash order I ordered a little while ago was wrong, but the food is still great. They hardly ever mess up your orders, but maybe every now and then they will, but that possibly could happen every now and then with them being so busy and stuff, and being busy is a great thing. Overall, the food is great, the service is pretty good, and the atmosphere is pretty decent.

Never have really went out of my way to do a “bad”review for a restaurant, but this place is unacceptable. Orders are ALWAYS not as ordered, customer service is terrible. For the managers are aware but unfortunately they just can’t get it together. The front of the house needs to be replaced and or retrained. Additionally months ago it was a norm to have to have raw chicken from here as well. Recently, management has gotten that together, but they need competent people in the front of the house and it’s just not cutting it right now and hasn’t been for awhile.

We stopped at this Chick-fil-A while traveling and even though it was very busy for 3 pm, we figured we’d still get through pretty quickly. We had a trainee who was very kind but very slow and our food took a very long time. This location doesn’t have a playland which was part of the disappointment. All of our french fries were missing fries and my wife’s salad was supposed to have the blue cheese on the side and it was on top. Everything seemed quite chaotic and they just didn’t seem to handle a rush as well as other locations do.

Very good fast food. I had the chicken sandwich (#1 on the menu) and 8 count chicken nuggets. I also had a chocolate milkshake. I think they have the best milkshakes !! Their other food was very good, and the service was excellent! Additionally, they had someone in the men’s room keeping it clean and tidy. They were getting a lot of traffic in the restaurant and at the drive – thru. That attests to the appeal of their food.
