Just had a terrible experience at this location. I pulled up in the drive through to place my order. The lady took forever to come on the intercom. I ended up having to repeat my order multiple times and then she still couldn’t understand me (I believe she was Arabic and there was definitely a language barrier). She asked me to drive to the window where she again asked me to repeat my order a few times. Finally she still couldn’t understand me and got her co-worker to try to help. He came and asked for my order again. Finally after waiting long time, I got my food, only to find it cold (I had ordered a warm item) and the order was incorrect. The original Arabic girl was the one to give my order to me – she had a MASSIVE attitude throughout the interaction. This place really sucks.

This is the worst Dunkin’ donuts for service in this whole area. ! Every single time we go there whether we go inside or through the drive-through, it takes forever, and at least half the time they dont get the order correct. It’s terrible! Even if you’re the only person in line, It takes forever and there are 3 people standing around. The people are all very nice but it is NOT fast food! We now go to Bennington or the airport even If it takes a few extra minutes.

This Winthrop location is a bit shady to say the least – said latte was unavailable due to broken coffee machine after taking my order then refused to cancel part/whole order and instead forced me to get alternate items in exchange. Additionally she “forgot” to bag another item I ordered, but gave it later after I pointed it out. Haven’t had such issues at other DD locations.

Been to this location a couple times. Order is never correct. The last time I went there it was dead and I sat at the drive thru speaker for at least 10 minutes no lie or exaggeration. I got a very simple order. Just one iced coffee and a sandwich. The person taking my order could not figure out what I was trying to order and charged me $14 for something that should been $4 at most because I had a free coffee coupon which he got confused at and would not take. Me a customer apparently had more knowledge of the Dunkin menu than him. He really shouldn’t be working with customers he barely spoke English, it seemed that he couldn’t understand it either, but that’s really managements fault though. I recently contacted the store and Dunkin corporate about this event because I never got my order and also still never have gotten my $14 back. Management obviously cares even less than the employees. I would just stay away from this location if you want your order correct and don’t want a headache. Surprised this place even has 3 stars I wouldn’t even give them 1 if I could.

I’ve been going there ~once a week this past year and the service is ALWAYS really good. I never thought I’d say this about a Dunkin’ Donuts but these guys are always polite and smiling. It’s happened several times that they ran out of pastries though, but I really like the positive vibe I get from them whenever I get coffee there. I can’t say this about any other Dunkin I go to
