Alex will have a Michelin star one day!! Amazing food. Very personable service and staff. It can’t be oversold and I can’t say enough good things. The food is truly artisan, the flavors are perfect. L’ÂME makes me feel like I’m in love. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been a fan of Chef Alex’s work since my first bite of galette at a farmers market years ago (honestly, it was obvious it was something special before I’d even tasted it). I point this out because all these years later and his food still gets me excited—that’s how good it is. So it makes me extremely happy he now has a restaurant location! Happy for him, but also happy for myself and the people because we can now experience his food on a weekly basis! I finally got to visit L’ÂMÉ and, as expected, the food did NOT disappoint. We ordered a couple classics, the Quebec galette and fig n cheese, and a new (I’m assuming rotating) dish, Jenna’s hotcakes. It was all to die for. The combinations, originality, and intensity of flavor in each dish was perfection. I’d expect nothing less though—I’ve never had food made by Chef Alex that was anything short of amazing. Everyone deserves to experience the food at L’ÂMÉ at least once in their lifetime. And as it’s already been suggested by many other reviewers, chances are once you try it, you’ll be back for more! Please, just go and you won’t regret it.

Chef Alex Blosil is one of the best and brightest up and coming chefs in the country. His talents and high standards are next to none, and as if that wasn’t enough, his affinity for top tier ingredients and perfectly unique flavor pairings is unmatched. The man is my favorite chef in Utah and I have spent a lot of money on his delicious food over the years and it has all been worth it. I’ve never had a single dish I didn’t fall madly in love with, and even have several of his dishes that are my all-time favorites! I’ve had his rice pudding 1x and I’ve thought about it EVERYDAY since, wishing I could have it every single time I think about it. His galettes are crazy delicious and something I’ll often order 2 of just for me, his brioche toast and homemade jams and fresh made ricotta are divine, his Crepe Suzette was unreal good, and I can’t get enough of any of it. Do yourselves a favor and get food made with love by Chef Alex Blosil and you will be better off for it! He is truly a star and a solid, genuine and kind man on top of that.
